- There were more explosions from goblin barrels rolled toward them and, in one critical case, planted by sappers attacking the east wall. An explosion rattled the timbers along that side, and the entire palisade started to sag. Jodah reached into his mind and replaced the damaged area with a wall of stronger stone, clearly visible to the attackers. It felt like stone and mortar but was made of willpower and magic. As long as Jodah lived, the wall would be secure.
