the house is still available, though we have 1 place and have had a few people message me! so we're going to have to meet the people and see who is the best fit for our house 🙂

it's fairly centrally located - next to elm grove bus stop which makes it a nice location in between town and uni
and i don't have any pictures of the house - though I did record a video as Ellie was on year abroad
so i took it for her pleasure

Im not sure when you wanna meet people but I know that I'm definitely going to be in Brighton on the 15th of May as there is an open day at the uni and I thought I probably check out where I'm gonna be studying for the next year 😛


Yeah the kitchen was one of the main reasons I liked the house, lots of space! Ideally we'd like to meet people as soon as possible, with one of our guys dropping out - the estate agents are a little annoyed with us haha... but i think they can wait a little longer. I forgot to mention that there would be a £210 agency fee that you would have to pay - it's fairly standard but i hope this won't be a problem!


Yes definitely!! Also good place for everyone in the house the hang out in. I didn't see a living room in the video so I guess it's good to have a big space for everyone 🙂 I can try see if I can pop down the Brighton earlier than the 15th. I will check with with my work and see what days off I have next week and let you know 😀 😀 Hahaha yeah I bet they are a bit annoyed but things happen. Yeah that's fine with me, did they say anything about a deposit?

there's a living room space in the video by the kitchen, but it's taken up by washing as they weren't expecting a visit during the time of the video! The earlier the better to meet you! since we have a few people messaging, i'd love to get a chance to meet everyone before we decide - but i'm just trying to keep people happy and be up front and honest. Yeah there will be a deposit, i think of around £600 (not sure exactly how much) but around that figure! The first month's rent + deposit will be due before September (I think) but i'll confirm with the estate agent

Awww bless you! I guess it's good that a lot of people of interest in it so your definitely find someone to keep the estate agent happy 😀 that's good with me I'm working full time at the moment so moneys not an issue
