1) this was used in a transformative manner, adding additional meaning to the songs.
3) Each clip is less than 1% of the total length of the video,
4) The video displays too little of any of the songs to effect value, nobody is coming to this video to hear those songs, additionally, the clips are short enough to leave a viewer wanting more, in which they would go to the original, therefore if any effect is had on value, it'd be positive.
