Michael Bob aggressive behaviour

Dear Public Relations, it has extremely disappointed me that you fired me, even though I was still creating stuff for the Radio Team to become more beneficial towards the community.

Now, today between the times of 10:00 AM and 12:30 PM GMT +0 12th October 2013 - the incident is about Michael Bob being aggressive and abusive towards myself. He has broke a TeamSpeak offence.

“Inappropriate Behaviour - Conduct that be insultive towards other members. This rule also applies for inappropriate names.”

I’ve been calm throughout the conversation during this period and try and calm situations down, even though Michael insisted on trying to create an argument. I prevented it by remaining calm and being polite towards him.

I even put my opinions/views towards him due to his poor behaviour. Jeremy and his ‘Music bot’ was in the channel when this incident was happening.

As I heard he was a ‘trial’ Radio Manager; he got denied to be in the Advisory Team due to ‘power-hungry’ and a ‘rule breaker’.

From my understanding; power-hungry does lead to corruption and abusive behaviour.

As what I did best for the community - I simply ‘de-recommended’ him due to his poor behaviour which will be shown shortly.

I have been concentrating on his ‘away from keyboard’ status and it has been well over beyond hours.

Now if I’m correct, he got faction kicked from his leadership from Hitman Agency, faction kicked from Federal Bureau of Investigation for his poor leadership skills, ruling breaking and much more which the Department of Game Affairs could appoint out.

I truly think that he that he is unfit to do his duties as ‘Radio Manager’, he has been immature towards me and not being serious towards me, even though I did say “I hope you really don’t get the full position as Radio Manager”... Only because I don’t want the Radio Team to go on a downfall.

We will now go on to the evidence since I have made the incident report.

This where he is AFK for a good amount of time. It has been a good amount of hours of him being away from his keyboard, in his office.

This was when we was in the channel for a good one to two hours, chilling and relaxing - myself and Jeremy, listening to music. All of a sudden Michael Bob comes into our channel and tells Trevon to look at his private messaging inbox.

This is when he was demanding and trying to be a bit argumentative. I was simply polite and carried on relaxing, chilling and playing games like Multi Theft Auto - Demolition Derby.

In this screenshot, it shows that I’m still remaining calm to explain to him that I’m here, creating peace. I haven’t broken any TeamSpeak offences/rules; I haven’t caused any harm to anyone at all in the current situation.

In this screenshot, he clearly shows that he has broken a TeamSpeak offence, calling me an ‘asshole’, now I still remained calm and politeful towards him and not retaliated towards him.

Additional Notes: I have four days available from Saturday till Tuesday; in this time, I’m planning the location, time, date and much more for training sessions, the events and more activities from the Radio Team to interact with the community much furthermore. As I hope you can make a considerate decision and I may ask politely if I can become the Radio Manager again to be given as final chance, that’s all I want to ask on this. Also, I have made a planning map on what Maximum FM could possibly have if I contacted Khalaf and possibly contacting Buyer to ensure that he’s more involved towards Maximum FM - I’m not ordering or anything; but, it would be nice if Buyer could maybe code something like a DJ Panel or something that Maximum FM could use to be beneficial.
