My opinion about remote work.

I think, for my, It’s a good type of work. The remote work is a source of remote revenue.
Our’s salary's value is quite hard distributed by regions and if you want to get more money you should been relocated to another city or region, of cause if you don’t live there already. That case when you could work in you small city and get capital salary is a good case for me.
Another point is separation from your colleages - in nice community in office you work fast and are been easy, but people are different and it may be that you don't want to be in the same place with your coworker - it's a good possibility to be alone if you want. You could turn of all of you messengers and have a time to thinking and coopling with tasks. But also - separation is separation, and your boss could has questions - what are you doing? aree you working? are you frustrating? And for him it doesn’t meter that your college in office could waste time in internet at that time, but you, you should work every minute, every time, you should be online and be ready to answer on every message to you.
Looks that I can haracterized this work like good work but wich strongly depends on employee conditions.
When you have a time to rest, time to work, and ability to change your schedule efficiently, you have productivity work on an excelent place. And you could relocate if you want to any or may be some kind of any places.
It’s like paradise with just one point - you could get tired of loneliness, because online - it’s not real, some part of, nothing more.
Next point but not latest I think - you could find a bad place with every minute control or in place with too flexible schedule where you could not create your own schedule cause some of your colleage would work at night, other in the morning, and even third group of them would work whole day.
Choose your work’s place right guys! And work in paradiese, don’t work in hell! =)
