Hey there. Im writing up this thread in hopes of explaining my recent "actions" and relieving some of the stress between me and others. After yesterday's event and the whole Discord thing which resulted in me getting kicked from Discord and getting some harsh words before, which isnt the focus of this thread. Before i start, i'd like to say that i dont have anything personal against any of the staff members or the community in general. These are things that can be improved and are not directed at anyone particular.

One massive thing that everyone doesnt like about me is how much i complain. I can understand, because im not a very good person and i dont know when to stop being rude. But in no way or sense were my comments supposed to be rude and hurtful. Honestly, my complaints are very legit things, even though they are not very nice. Not everyone can deal with harsh criticism and i understand, and i apologize. My main concern/complaint is how the events are late. Because they are, and you cant tell me that i am wrong. I just expect an event to happen at 9pm GMT+1 (example), but then for no apparent reason and without explanation/warning it starts from an hour to two late. People tell me that events take time to prepare, and i understand. But there's the thing: you can prepare them. You can go in single player and map out all the props, weld them and use advanced duplicator to post them on the server afterwards. Then it's a simple thing placing all the entities and assgning roles. At most the delay should be thirty minutes after the promised times and i have no problem waiting for that, but when times exceed hours - i start getting impatient. Nobody likes waiting for things, correct? Now, it would also all be better if we'd be getting messages from admins that they're doing things and we need to wait. Like a simple "/event // We're currently placing props, please wait :)" would be more than enough. But unfortunately we dont get anything similar and end up sitting in place for hours just dicking about. For me time is a very important thing, because events happen rather late and i have to go to sleep in a couple of hours after they start. And i understand that my timezone is to blame, but usually i have the time for the event if it happens at the announced time or soon after it. Again, by no means am i targeting a single admin, this is just a thing that can definitely be improved by the staff team by assigning different people to do different roles, like control/spawn NPCs, place props or awnser/help players.

Another thing i've said is how long and drawn out the events are, and that is NOT a very good complaint and i understand. It's mostly a pet peeve that is connected to the whole time thing, that an event that is usually 4 hours can be compressed into a simple two hour, action packed event. It is much better to have an event full of action and good parts instead of having them stretched and diluted by time.

Then, what i think set a particular admin off (Vern) was my >greentext meme, in which i expressed a simple loophole that i found to be silly. In no way was that meant to be serious and im sorry if any of you thought it was. Text is not very good at translating jokes/sarcasm and im very sorry for being like that. I expect people to shrug off my comments and silly memes, but i guess i also shouldnt write mean things to admins.

Finishing off, i would like to add that i respect and appreciate the effort the admin team puts into the events and to keeping us entertained. Some people think i do not and i just complain instead of enjoying, but that is wrong. I enjoy the server and want to enjoy it even more, however that is not possible with all of these little details that are always being screwed up. Like how yesterday many people expressed their concern about the whole C12 blowing up the building situation, how it wasnt very lore-like. I personally did not care very much, but that is also a thing that should be noted.

The staff team is already putting in so much effort to make these events and entertain us, why not add a bit more and go the full mile? Prepare the events in single player, play them out yourself or with some admins on a locked server (maybe, but that may be too much effort) and most important of all: keep doing the good shit.

Once again i am sorry for my rude actions that have caused people to dislike me, because i did not mean to be rude and hateful at all. If anything, these complaints are aimed at the staff team as a whole, because the events can definitely be perfected more. I will not say anything rude about the events or complain about anything anymore, seeing as how i cannot express my concerns peacefully to the staff and they seem to take it too personally, which it definitely isnt.
