Who the fuck are these rule makers?

I am so angry right now, I need to vent and maybe someone can help me to understand.
 This is criminal that Saif was ever charged. The Zintan are brother Saif's people, God willing, they will never turn him over to the rat military . Please keep him in your prayers. How is that US/Israel/Euro can make war everywhere, but these soldiers that try to defend their SOVEREIGN country have this ? Bush/Chaney have been convicted of war crimes and they will never answer to them. WTF is this??? Saif was away going to school, he went home to fight for his country. How many US soldiers do the same ? EVERY soldier in every army would do the same for their country.
Can someone help me to understand before I implode ? I get so upset. I cannot understand where this sort of thing comes from. War is war, it is ugly. People die. Who wins can just put charges on those that are left and kill them? WTF??? Even of this report is a lie, my anger still comes from any charge anyone put out there for any of the Green army. See what I am saying? Where do they get off with these types of things? So every soldier who goes to war should see that is they lose they can be tried and killed anyway???? They are so desperate they even have an international warrant for Aisha for get this "Money Laundering"  All the billions the west has stolen aka "frozen"  and this is the charge they have for sister Aisha so they can try to force her back to Libya?
