Terms of Service (TOS) for purchasing a PlayStation Account:

 1. Risk: Purchasing a PlayStation account is always a risk. There is no guarantee that the account will work as expected, or that it will be free from issues or problems. I cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise with the account after the purchase.
 2. Responsibility: The customer is solely responsible for maintaining and securing the account after the purchase. This includes but is not limited to changing the password, setting up two-factor authentication, and ensuring that no unauthorized individuals have access to the account.
 3. Refunds: Due to the nature of the purchase, refunds will not be provided. Once the account has been sold, it is the customer's responsibility to manage it as they see fit.
 4. Account suspension or termination: If the account is suspended or terminated by PlayStation due to any reason, including but not limited to violations of PlayStation's terms of service, the customer will not be entitled to a refund.
 5. Account sharing: The customer should not share the account with any other individuals, as this could lead to a violation of PlayStation's terms of service and the account being suspended or terminated.
6. Terms of Service Agreement: By completing this purchase, you signify your understanding and acceptance of these terms. These terms are binding and valid regardless of whether you have read them. It is your responsibility to thoroughly review and comprehend these terms prior to finalizing your purchase.

By purchasing a PlayStation account from me, you acknowledge that this is always a risk and that I am not responsible for any issues that may arise after the purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to secure and maintain the account as best as they can.
