Madison just got in a fight and stormed out.

Diana's a little shaken, both from the aggressiveness of the confrontation, but also due to slight projection on her part. In the context of a party, it'd be easy to project (the cheerleader) onto Madison, and through collateral, (the jock) onto Forrest. Since she'd usually hang around them during parties like this, alongside already still being in that fragile-ish state, she feels like the rug just got yanked out of her. We LIKELY want to have Madi snap at Di a little more harshly, just maybe not straight for salt in the wound.)

Forrest takes her to the car, sits her down, and comforts her before anything else. Gives her a second to breathe/chill out, maybe turns the radio on low so it's not an awkward silence, likely trots back in. He can come back with something to eat (and maybe drink) and basically let her wind down. Gives her a little peptalk, maybe they talk a little about how everyone has baggage.

Bite discussion lead in can probs be him saying that he still needs to eat but wants her to get home safe and how there's always an after party to the after party, worst case, etc.

She says she's still fine with a bite, he asks her once more for affirmation, and then we just re-use what we have.
