# Explain what is the job of a staff member
#### The job of a staff member varies upon their ranking. The main job of a helper is to assist players in need as long as it does not go against the rules, such as how to attain certain forms, where to train at certain stats, what custom forms are good for what and more.

The main purpose of a moderator is to ensure everyone in the server is following the rules. However, this does not mean they can help other players out, and in fact due to their extra permissions it may in fact be easier. They are to punish things such as players killing in safe zones, griefing or any other violation of the rules. With these permissions they should know that any abuse of them (such as teleporting to a player's base by force, raiding it and then leaving, or abusing the jail permission) will have them punished from a demotion to complete removal from the staff team. This applies for all staff members.

The purpose of an admin is to ensure the staff team is fulfilling their jobs within the server and discord., do not abuse their permissions and if they do, punish them accordingly. They are able to give lost items back to players as long as their is adequate evidence to do so and the item being restored is not a product of rule violations. Much like the ranks before them they are not to abuse their permissions in any way, and doing so will result in heavy punishments, much like demotions, complete removal from the staff team to even in-game punishments depending on the severity of their actions.
