What "further action" can he mean? My use of a *small portion* from his *publicly posted* YouTube video for *critical purposes* is without any doubt fair use. Even someone who hated me would not judge that it isn't "fair use".

If he files a complaint then I will appeal it and win. As I have in the past. He just doesn't like it because my video is critical. He needs to get used to it - there are literally dozens - probably more than 40 - videos critical of me on YouTube.

And he can't handle this one? Weak.

So what can he mean by *"I will not take any further action"?* If he isn't being clear/specific then it's a veiled threat. He's trying to intimidate me into removing genuine criticism. _That's not going to happen._

Mind you *IF* "smoke'n mirrors" were foolish enough to file a complaint against my video *THEN* I will *decimate* his channel.

Anyone could.

He is in a very weak position yet seems to think "offense is his best defense". It isn't. His best course of action is to stop playing games and answer what has been asked of him and hope that it's good enough.

But it's pretty obvious that if he had a good reason for his omission he would have given it by now. (Hence the veiled threat instead.)

These chumps are spit-worthy amateurs.
