Dear YouTube Team,

I believe my account was used to comment a bad joke on a toy review video which consisted of the words 'sex', 'kids' and therefore flagged as 'predatory behavior' by the new comment classifier resulting in account termination. I do apologize for the comment, and will never take such careless action again. However, I have read through TOS and I did not find anything to support this, I only came across this statement on the YouTube Help Forum "We’ve also terminated hundreds of viewer accounts for the comments they left on videos" I would not consider my channel, with 100,000 subs & ad friendly content, a 'viewer' account; I am a creator. To see years of work taken away from me due to a comment is unthinkable. I am NOT a 'child predator', their is CONTEXT behind the situation. The owner of the video has already issued out an appeal supporting my case.
I think it is only fair that my account is reinstated.

To go the extent of removing my access to all channels and over 400 videos in total (years of hard work/ original kid friendly content and private videos serving as memories)  that I had not backed up (relied on YouTube to keep them saved) ,even suspending all my google accounts and prohibiting me from creating any future YouTube channel all due to a single comment (not made by me but by another user that had access to the account) being incorrectly flagged as 'predatory behavior' , 'A single case of severe abuse' resulting in instant channel termination is ridiculous.
What happened to the strike system? Aren't you supposed to receive 3 strikes before getting terminated? I had 0 strikes, no warning whatsoever and all content monetized meeting the community guidelines. Since when was the comment section targeted to terminate channels instantly?
On the YouTube creator blog the company has stated 'we are as deeply concerned as you are that we get this right' in regard to the child safety scandal so why take risks as such and terminate innocent creators like mine? This will never happen again and only occurred due to very bad timing, you need to take these situations into consideration.

You must inform creators on major updates to the site as this, I did not receive 1 single email in regard to the new comment classier system that targeted comments and instantly terminated channels so how am I even going to consider something like this happening? If I had known about all the recent updates to promote child safety then I would have not allowed something like this to happen and been more careful, please try and understand this situation and get my channel reinstated.

If I am still not allowed to have my channel back, at least have the decency to give me access to my videos to download and back up on my device, It pains me to see years of work vanish over nothing.

I would be extremely grateful if any action can be taken to resolve this asap, I have gotten over 100 creators to email YouTube on my behalf but every appeal is rejected with an auto generated response. A member of staff should take the time to review my terminated channel and realize that I am not a 'child predator' but an advertiser friendly creator who did nothing to harm any minors on YouTube; if my account is accessed by another user it is out of my control but I can prevent a scenario like this happening in the future by securing my google account (which I have already done) and taking more responsibility online as the YouTube Community Guidelines become stricter.
