I think Mao Mao getting a Crane tattoo might work better
since cranes are a waterfowl and that'll go with Mao liking Lucky Ducky and I said cranes cause I haven't ever seen a japanese duck tattoo

because each other character have there own Fighting Styles (and heat moves) that reflect who they are(?)

I think mao mao Personality will be somewhat the same like the show but he realise early on that his family of "Heros" are not the best.

I think one of his Fighting Styles will use his size to its fullest potential, like a hit and run Styles/easily to avoided hits?.

idk what his other 3 Fighting Styles are going to be, you got any ideas?

It's difficult to imagine Mao Mao with a "heavy" style. Maybe something like Beast but without the power, one that simply relies on his surroundings and the stuff he finds on the ground.

thanks anon, I think that everything for the Yakuza mao mao AU.

of course I want to do a "timeline template" thing of mao mao become/why he is a Yakuza. but I want to put that on hold just in case if someone want to pick up my idea, turn it into a full on story, and they have there own idea of how mao mao become a Yakuza because I want to hear it.

but if you want to hear my idea of how mao mao become a Yakuza, tell me.

also I think some (or maybe all) of the EP's of mao mao will be different.

Ok, here my idea of how mao mao because a Yakuza, I know it's going to bad but but bare with me here.

I got the idea from lonely kid at the end part of the EP.

like what if mao mao escape the mob/ran away with bao bao and when on a adventure. at some point they found a abandoned building, in it mao mao found a Encyclopedia all about Yakuza.

mao mao was fascinating by it, the tattoos, the fighting styles, the suit's,and something called "heat actions". it remind mao mao (in a way) they are almost like heros like his family, of course his dad is too busy to train him because of his sister's.

so he decided to be self train by using the Yakuza Encyclopedia to become a hero.

this is how mao mao become a Yakuza.

I like the idea of Mao Mao still following a book but one that isn't the Hero's Code. If you ever feel like revising the backstory into something you can put more confidence into, I think you should at least keep that aspect.

as for Hero's Code thing, I think mao mao was still at that age that he wan't giving the Hero's Code (we have no idea when he got it) but I think he got it as a teen.

so imagine he found the Yakuza Encyclopedia as a kid, he keep it and when he was a teen, he got the Hero's Code book.
