- Hello guys, i need some hint about encoding of account password algorithm. I already checked the function that is used in the Java based Aion emulators,but its not the same probably because they are using another Auth server.
- This is the function that emu's use for password encoding:
-
$password = trim($pass1);
- $password = base64_encode(sha1($password, true));
- $sql_ls->query("INSERT INTO account_data (name,`password`,`email`) VALUES ('$name','$password','$mail')");
- Generated this way,the password is not the same like the password generated from Auth server (there is auto registering account function if user is not exist.)
- For example if the password is 'test' auth server encoded it like 0xC8AC3DBDC10541CF796BC8220BA7834A
- Same password encoded with emu's algorithm $password = base64_encode(sha1($password, true));) is : qUqP5cyxm6YcTAhz05Hph5gvu9M=
- I need to find how the password is encoded for make a custom password register form.
- Any hint will be in help for me.
- Regards
