  1. I am resubmitting this issue because it's clear to me that the representatives didn't read any of my tickets in full. And I will show why that is obvious now.

  3. Firstly Verdaniih says: "It is though now possible to play on EU servers with your main battle.net account. So you can play on the US account to have the mounts and hero." After I had already said, "Really all I want is to have those mounts on my EU account too I feel like since I wasn't able to have both an EU and NA beta key on my main account at the same time originally..." I feel I made clear here that I know that I can play on the EU servers with my main account already and that's the whole reason I want things to be made available to me there.

Secondly Reghatur says: "One of the few things Customer Support isn't able to circumvent, though, in terms of design is transferring game items, upgrades, and progress between Battle.net accounts and regions." After I had just said, "Actually I don't even need the levels if I just got the Heroes that I have already unlocked or maybe enough gold to rebuy them I can start at level 1 if I have to." I think it was clear that I wasn't expecting for any upgrades items or progress to be transferred.

  7. Thirdly Razerium says: "While global play will allow you to play in multiple regions, these regions do not share each other's progress." Which is completely obvious because if anything at all was read from my tickets I know this and have accounts in different regions and am trying to consolidate while not being screwed because I played before you could play in multiple regions on a single account which is the cause of this issue.. Razerium then says: "You would essentially need to start over in a new region, so it is important that you consider this if you wish to start in another region instead." Again if ANYTHING AT ALL from my previous tickets was already read it's obvious that I had already started over in a new region and already have two accounts and I'm not asking for one region to be duplicated to another. I just want the same things on the same region on a different account and not even all of the same things! I'm willing to just take a partial amount to get me at least somewhat close to where I am on one to the other in the form of some gold.

  14. Okay so almost a year ago I contacted support about merging my accounts. Since during the Heroes of the Storm beta you could not play in multiple regions on the same account at one point I made a second account for playing on Europe.

  16. Now the issue was that I wasn't getting access to some of the mounts on my Europe account because I bought SC2LotV collector's edition and Diablo 3 on on my NA account. They told me they couldn't transfer that European account (gakimbro@hotmail.com) to my NA account (gakimbro@gmail.com) but I didn't think until now to ask if perhaps you can just give me access to the Void Speeder and Malthael's mount on my EU account (gakimbro@hotmail.com) since that shouldn't be too much of a hassle and I can prove I own them.

Really all I want is to have those mounts on my EU account too I feel like since I wasn't able to have both an EU and NA beta key on my main account at the same time originally that I should at least be able to get access to mounts and maybe even Artanis and other things that came with some of the games I bought for my NA account. Or if it is actually possible now to transfer all my heroes and levels I've gotten on my EU account to my EU region of the NA account that would of course be more convenient so I don't have to switch accounts all the time to play with EU friends.

Sorry for this terrible grammar I hope you can at least give me the mounts on my EU account and perhaps Artanis too? :) Not sure what proof you might need that I own the gakimbro@gmail.com account too but I attached a screenshot of the profile page on that account. I've spent so much money on Blizzard games I hope you can do me this one favor :) Good day.

  31. Sadly it is not possible to add the mounts or Artanis to your EU battle.net account for Heroes of the Storm as that would involve having to add full copies of the game licenses that provide the mounts.

  33. It is though now possible to play on EU servers with your main battle.net account. So you can play on the US account to have the mounts and hero.

  40. I do know it's now possible to play on EU with my main account but the issue is I don't have any Heroes leveled and unlocked on that account, so if you could perhaps raise my account level and unlock the same Heroes on that account that would suffice.

  49. I understand you were thinking of playing the EU version of Heroes of the Storm on gakimbro@gmail.com, which is your main US account. One of the few things Customer Support isn't able to circumvent, though, in terms of design is transferring game items, upgrades, and progress between Battle.net accounts and regions.

Although Global Play is available for Heroes, and you are welcome to hop on different servers at anytime, any progression that you've made on your account is left behind on your home server and Battle.net. Heroes of the Storm progress cannot be transferred or duplicated on a second account or region. Essentially, your rank, game progress, and all Heroes you purchased will be forever associated with the Heroes of the Storm EU account on gakimbro@hotmail.com.

  75. That all comes out to 98,000 gold if I added it up correctly. There must be a way you can credit gold? I've seen it done for streamer's accounts and pro-gaming accounts. And I know there might additionally be the question of the current account already having heroes and as I said previously I'm fine with you deleting the gakimbro@hotmail.com account or banning it or whatever needs to be done in order for me to consolidate what I have on my gakimbro@gmail.com account.

  77. So with that I'm completely fine with my progress and levels not being transferred and we can simply just credit my gakimbro@gmail.com account with the gold and it will all work out I think.

I feel in a way I've been punished for being such an avid Heroes of the Storm player early on and as such I was forced to make a second account because I couldn't use an EU beta key on my NA account at the time. Now I don't get access to the perks I have on my main account for buying SC2LotV Collector's edition and playing Diablo3RoS. I don't think I'm asking for much and I'm willing to compromise and lose my rank and progress for a bit of convenience so long as I can rebuy my Heroes. I'm almost certain I've spent more time playing on EU than NA and these mounts and perks would be much nicer if I could use them with my EU Heroes.

  93. Should we make it possible to transfer or share this kind of progress across regions going forward (which is a possibility albeit without any ETA), then we will clearly advertise this through our usual channels like the website, twitter and fansites.
