  1. To request a whitelist please follow the procedure mentioned below:
  2. Go to My Account on the top right
  3. Click on My Servers
  4. Click on the server you want to request a whitelist for (make sure the plugin has run once on the server)
  5. Click on the three dots next to it and click on request whitelist

  10. 1. General Whitelisting Policy
  11. Single Network Whitelisting: When requesting whitelisting for a server, if the server has a different name than all your previously whitelisted servers and is on a different IP, all previously whitelisted servers will be un-whitelisted, and the new server will be whitelisted. To avoid this, ensure that the server name matches the name of your other servers.

  13. Default Server Names: Tickets with default names like "Server Hosted By XXX Hosting", "Unturned Server" will be denied instantly.
  14. Multiple Networks: If you own more than one network, you must DM .paradox_ on Discord after creating a ticket and provide proof of ownership for both networks (e.g., invoices with matching names or emails). If evidence is not provided, the request will not be processed.

  17. Multiple Servers within a Single Network:

  30. 3. Not Allowed Configurations
  31. Different Networks with Different IPs: If you request whitelisting for multiple networks with different IPs, the last requested network will be the only one whitelisted, and the others will be un-whitelisted.

  37. 4. License Usage
  38. If you are a co-owner, developer, or have another role the following rules are below:

  40. Allowed License Usage:
  41. Example:
  42. Customer A using a license on Server A (Owned by Customer A)
  43. Customer B using a license on Server A (Owned by Customer A)

  45. Not Allowed License Usage:
  46. If found using a license on multiple servers or networks, the license keys for the plugins will be canceled.
  47. Example:
  48. Customer A using a license on Server A (Owned by Customer A)
  49. Customer A using the same license for the same plugin on Server B (Not owned by Customer A)
