- Rules & Regulations on Whitelisting:
- Whitelisting Rules and Regulations
- 1. General Whitelisting Policy
- Single Network Whitelisting: When requesting whitelisting for a server, if the server has a different name than all your previously whitelisted servers and is on a different IP, all previously whitelisted servers will be un-whitelisted, and the new server will be whitelisted. To avoid this, ensure that the server name matches the name of your other servers.
- Default Server Names: Tickets with default names like "Server Hosted By XXX Hosting", "Unturned Server" will be denied instantly.
- Multiple Networks: If you own more than one network, you must DM .paradox_ on Discord after creating a ticket and provide proof of ownership for both networks (e.g., invoices with matching names or emails). If evidence is not provided, the request will not be processed.
- 2. Allowed Configurations
- Multiple Servers within a Single Network:
- Example:
- Network A | RP
- Network A | PvP
- Network A | Semi-RP
- Multiple Servers across Different Networks with the Same IP:
- Example:
- Network A | RP (IP 127.0.0.1)
- Network B | RP (IP 127.0.0.1)
- Network C | PvP (IP 127.0.0.1)
- Network C | RP (IP 127.0.0.2)
- 3. Not Allowed Configurations
- Different Networks with Different IPs: If you request whitelisting for multiple networks with different IPs, the last requested network will be the only one whitelisted, and the others will be un-whitelisted.
- Example:
- Network A (IP 127.0.0.1)
- Network B (IP 127.0.0.2)
- Network C (IP 127.0.0.3)
- 4. License Usage
- If you are a co-owner, developer, or have another role the following rules are below:
- Allowed License Usage:
- Example:
- Customer A using a license on Server A (Owned by Customer A)
- Customer B using a license on Server A (Owned by Customer A)
- Not Allowed License Usage:
- If found using a license on multiple servers or networks, the license keys for the plugins will be canceled.
- Example:
- Customer A using a license on Server A (Owned by Customer A)
- Customer A using the same license for the same plugin on Server B (Not owned by Customer A)
