Summer Cafe Interview Guide.

M Welcome to the interviews! I am your host HOST, joined by our Co-Host COHOST! We shall now begin, thank you all for attending!

M PTS (permission to speak is now active, Interviewers go answer questions.

HOST OR CO-HOST: Put a countdown of 95 seconds for PTS, let interviewees ask questions and such.

M Please be patient while I go over the rules, not doing so will lead to you being kicked from the game. PTS will be disabled during rules.

M RULE I: While playing cafe games, follow ALL rules set by the Spring Cafe Guidebook (WIP) & ROBLOX themselves. Not following the rules will get you removed from the server and possibly BANNED from our games (i.e. exploiting).

M RULE II: Do not troll. Trolling is not allowed in ANY cafe game. Doing so will lead to appropriate consequences.

M RULE III: Do not caps abuse, saying things like “YES” and “LOL” is allowed but not like “PLEASE WHY” or anything like that.

M RULE IV: Do not, under any circumstance, whine or complain about not passing the interview, doing so will get you removed from the server and possibly not considered in the next time you apply.

M Rule V: As an upcoming staff member you must ALWAYS use grammar and punctuation. If you’d like to work for us, ALWAYS use grammar.

M RULE VI: Respect everyone this includes SLRs, MRs, HRs, and SHRs and even people not in the group. You MUST respect everyone. A none respectful staff member will be fired.

M RULE VII: Copying answers from other interviewees/websites is NOT ALLOWED. If you are caught doing so, you will be removed from the server!


M Now I will let you know how your interviews will go.

M During the interview,  you will be asked a total of X questions, your job is to answer them truthfully.

M Each question has a time limit of 70 seconds (I minute IO seconds). Exceeding the time limit will result in failing the questions. If you are to fail over THINKING (not including first question) questions, you have failed the interview.

M If you get a total of III grammar strikes throughout the interview you will fail, but you can always try again!




M If you have any further questions, please save them for your interviewer! We will now begin.

For interviewers:

Hello, welcome to your interview! I am your interviewer NAME, it is nice to meet you. Any questions before we begin?

Interviewer then answers any questions.

Make sure to time them.

The first question is a grammar test.

Please correct this sentence: “hullo welcome to spring cafe how can i help u”

As long as they use grammar they pass the first one, if they get 1 thing wrong in the grammar test they fail the first interview, take them to the host or kick them yourself which ever the host wants.


Now we start with actual questions.

QI: Where did you find Summer Cafe?

QII: Why did you decide you want to work for us?

QIII: Do you have experience in Cafe/Customer Service Industry?

 QIV: How would you rate your grammar skills from a scale of I-IO?

QV: How would you rate your activity from a scale of I-IO?


QVI: What traits do you have that makes your qualified for this job?

If they pass name them Passed! and take them to the blue line that says PASSED. The host/co-host will rank them, make sure to tell them not to leave the game until they are ranked.
