Top Tens Every Year of All Time (In Progress of Judging)

Top Tens Every Year of All Time
-Based on it's Lifetime as a game, not just it's release window
-Qualifications includes The game itself (as in gameplay, story, it's tech, how it's put together), it's legacy (as in, what people know for it), it's impact (as in, how it changed how the industry makes games), & finally personal opinion (how I feel)
-As most people won't tell you when doing something this grand of scope, I'll be upfront. I've not played every single game here either to completion or not. But you'll see as far as your interpretation of my tastes are concerned; of what I have or haven't played.
-Lists start based off of nominations from #TheTackAwards
-"Major" DLC (Such as Pokemon Area Zero or Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree) unlike Expansions (Such as FFXI: Rhapsodies of Vana'diel or WoW: Burning Crusade) are their own entry when in consideration of all time, but are ineligible for that year as a "New Release of the Year", only for "Old Release with New Content" of the Year or "First Time Played of the Year". (Awards will be indicated as such)
-Such Awards are "New Release of the Year" which is the typical Game of the Year but is only eligible from that year's January 1st till December 31st. "Old Release with New Content of the Year" is for additions to previously released games. "First Time Played of the Year" is for games that were played in a year after it's awards.
-This includes Expansions or Iterations that are no longer playable anymore due to version updates (i.e. Destiny 2 Expansions or Fortnite Chapters).
