  39. Thanalan Sidequest Lv.31
  40. Requires: There and Back Again
  41.
  42. The only thing more odd than this duskwight woman being far from home, is that she has a near endless supply of water.
  43.
  44. Duskwight Woman:
  45. Oh, adventurer. I know it must seem odd for one such as me being in a desert. But I have very good reason. You see, I have heard tales of a strange glimmer around these parts. People saying that, at night, they swear that could see the lights of fireflies dancing around the sands. If you would be so kind as to talk with the good people of Byregot's Strike, it could help us find exactly where it is happening.
  46.
  47. ---- Talk with the people of Byregot's Strike (0/2)
  48.
  49. Mumugoi:
  50. The only lights I've seen around here are the ones from those pesky smoke bombs. You might want to ask one of the residents at Forgotten Springs.
  51.
  52. Odinel:
  53. Sorry friend, the only things I've seen are the glimmers of a potential oasis in the southwest. But there's definitely nothing down there.
  54.
  55. ---- Talk with the residents of Forgotten Springs (0/3)
  56.
  57. U'rahtalo:
  58. (If completed her sidequest)
  59. Oh, the [man/woman] who helped scare away those terrible peeping slackers. Did you come to make good on having a look at me perhaps? No? Oh, you're looking for those strange lights? Yes, I've seen them. After a long day, I sometimes see them flicker near here as if trying to watch our movements. Are they the new peepers? They often run at the first sign of us taking notice, almost like an adorable little child.
  60.
  61. (If not completed her quest)
  62. Oh, an adventurer come to find the lights people have been talking about? Yes, I've seen them. After a long day, I sometimes see them flicker near here as if trying to watch our movements. Almost like they are trying to catch glimpses of our beauty. They often run at the first sign of us taking notice, almost like an adorable little child.
  63.
  64. U'odh Nunh:
  65. The adventurer returns? You're looking for the strange lights appearing in the desert sands? Yes, some of our huntresses have seen them. Sometimes they appear around the bathing area, other times near the south gates. They're very shy and often run at the first sign of trouble. They don't harm us, so we've left them relatively alone.
  66.
  67. Sidimund:
  68. Yes, we've had reports of these strange lights every now and again. Recently, however, they've been spotted during the day rather than just at night. Maybe if you took a look around the place, you might be able to find them.
  69.
  70. ---- /lookout around Forgotten Springs (0/3)
  71.
  72. (X: 15.4, Y: 28.6) (Near the tree on the large rock in the ground.)
  73. You do not spot anything flickering besides the sun's piercing rays through the tree.
  74.
  75. (X: 13.7, Y: 31.3) (between the two upward pointing bits on the large rock formation.)
  76. No signs of flickering besides the delicate stream of water reflecting rays of sunlight.
  77.
  78. (X: 16.7, Y: 31.3) (Between the two palm trees.)
  79. There seems to be a faint flickering light nearby. It does not appear to be from rays of sun or reflected off the waters.
  80.
  81. ---- Check the bushes (0/1) (X: 16.3, Y: 31.5)
  82.

  122. (The fairy boy stops.) U-Uhm, yes? (You talk for a moment.) So... s-so uhm... there's this woman, south of here, who wants to meet me? Or rather, find out the source of the strange lights? (You nod.) O-Okay, I'll head there immediately.
  123.
  124. ---- Ensure the fairy boy arrives at the duskwight woman's stall. (0/1)
  125.
  126. (You find the fairy flustered at Byregot's Strike, where a woman worker has gotten close to him and wondering what he is. You talk to the woman.) Oh, so this adorable little thing is a friend of yours? Well, then I shouldn't keep you from him. I kind of really wanted to hug him though, he's so cute.
  127.
  128. Fairy Boy: (after she leaves, he sighs.)
  129. Thank you. Perhaps you should take me to her yourself. I might get lost again. (You obtain the "Fairy Boy" key item.)

  149.
  150. Duskwight Merchant: Oh, first, we must get to know each-other. Then we'll decide after~ Okay dear? (The fairy boy nods, a bit shy, and slight flushed from the ordeal.) (EXP/Gil Awarded.)
