DeuceCon PSA and expectations

Please read this if you are planning on participating in DeuceCon III this year!

- In order to attend YOU MUST SUBMIT AND HAVE A RUN ACCEPTED.

	x There is no exception to this. Read that one more time please. NO. EXCEPTION. In order to attend you must have a run approved through the submission process. Yes, this includes people local to the Austin area. This isn't because no one likes you, it's because space is extremely limited and I'm trying to maximize runners for the event. I'm sorry if you are my friend or we have hung out in the past or whatever the case is, one more time - No exceptions!

- If you get a run accepted and stay offsite, you will be expected to leave.

	x It's super unfortunate I won't have room for every runner to stay at my home. I REALLY wish I did, but I don't. There will be a set time after stream is cut that I will try and coordinate to get everyone where they need to be. Being drunk and just crashing on my couch will not work. Don't worry, there will be time to socialize and hang out and all that good stuff.

Please adhere to these simple requests, I'm really just trying to get as many people together as I can and keep it as affordable for attendees as possible. I've been in lots of chats/irc/discord etc. lately and these have been concerns. I'm not out to get anyone, this event is about bringing runners together to do runs and help the community grow. For runners, by runners.
