Translate WordPress Dashboard

1 step: Download wordpress translate pot file from here:

    http://svn.automattic.com/wordpress-i18n/pot/trunk/wordpress.pot

2 step: Create a folder name [ languages ] in wp-content directory and paste this pot file in languages folder.

3 step: Download poedite software from here :   http://poedit.net/

4 step: Than install and open the poedite software.And click in     file > New from POT/PO file.Than select the desire POT file and open it.Than select the language and click ok.

5 step: Go to Setting > General > Site Language  and select the language that you have already translated.Than save Setting
