- Beyond minor changes to pages 1-8, the majority of the content in these pages is accruate and requires no editing.
    Minor changes here are:
      1) Correcting grammatical errors
      2) Removing any and all references to "steps", and instead focusing on the following steges: PII, OTP, SSN4
- Page 9 will remain relatively the same except that Step 1 will now be called PII(Personally identifying information)Submission.
- Same goes for Page 10.
- Page 11 needs the following:
  1) re-drawing of process to reflect the ways one may arrive on OTP
  2) include the possibilities of pass or fail
- Page 12 will remain relatively the same except that Step 2 will now refer to OTP.
- Page 13 will remain relatively the same except that Step 3 will now refer to SSN4.
- Page 14 will remain relatively the same except that Step 3 will now refer to SSN4.
- Page 15 will remain relatively the same but moved back down to be right after page 9 as an illustration of PII failure(hard fail)
