Summer of Sakaguchi 3

SUMMER OF SAKAGUCHI 3!!!

It's finally happening! The 3rd installment of Summer of Sakaguchi!! I've had a lot of issues with getting setup this year.
Zelda Tears of the Kingdom just came out, and I've been pouring hours into that, I've also been having some energy issues, some troubles focusing, and issues setting up, among other things.  But we're finally here and ready to play some Summer of Sakaguchi games!

The usual preface (a.k.a. what IS this?):
Hironobu Sakaguchi's games have had a profound influence on my life, so this event is very dear to me. Sakaguchi san has created, worked on, supervised, and been the producer or executive produce on a staggering number of games from the beginning of his career, which started with Rad Racer, and Final Fantasy, until his most recent title: FANTASIAN! (Which is amazing, if you have access to an Apple device I highly suggest you check it out!) I think the last spans over 80 games, and probably includes many that you may have played or heard about, but never knew that he had a hand in it!
As such, my goal is to play through *almost* all of these games!! Sometimes there'll be games where I just don't have the capability to set them up properly, or run them properly, or I already play those games yearly on my stream or some other reason, and those games I omit.

As usual, due to my abysmal planning skills, I'll be making this year's game list and editing it here as I go along, selecting a new title to play after completing the previous one.  I will be selecting from the potential list of games below that Sakaguchi worked on, produced, oversaw, or generally had something to do with the creation of. **This includes his role as Executive Producer!! Sorry Kawazu** These can and will be a mix of the original game, an updated version (such as the pixel remasters) a re-release, an HD Remaster, or a re-make, depending on which version I feel like playing. Please note that I may choose to omit games from the list, perhaps if I can't find them, or if I feel they just won't fit well with the event, or for some other reason.
