>Anon starts to backpedal towards Blitzo, giving a two-fingered salute as a “see ya” to Stolas
>He spins to Blitzo, making sure he has his full attention
>”Blitzo, you know you don’t REALLY have to guard him, right?”
>The imp looks bewildered at Anon’s statement of fact
>”I’ve seen him when he’s actually in danger, he’s more than capable of fighting”
>Blitzo takes a look at Stolas, happily eating Cotton Candy while dragging Octavia with him
>”So, with that said, I think I’m gonna-“
>”You know he’s going to be 5 feet up our asses if you ditch, right?”
>Anon is about to refute, but realizes the possible outcome of that situation

>Before Anon can do so, however, Blitzo spots a group of assassins in an alleyway, and gives a stare that scares them off
>Rolling his eyes, Anon twists in the other direction and spots one lone assassin sneaking away

Shorter than usual, I need sleep and I’m heavily brainstorming about this next part where another internal conflict of Anon’s is shown. Will continue tomorrow.
