  1. Hello,
  2.
  3. Your server is currently under a DDOS attack. To preserve our datacenter's network integrity and so the attack does not affect other clients we have been forced to block(null route) your servers IP address.
  4.
  5. The length of the null route depends on the size of the attack. Our guidelines are as follows:
  6. - Attacks up to 1.2gbps will remain filtered for no less than 3 Hours.
  7. - Attacks ranging 1.3gbps-2.3gbps will remain filtered for no less than 6 Hours.
  8. - Attacks ranging 2.4gbps-8.0gbps will remain filtered for no less than 9 Hours.
  9. - Attacks beyond 8.0gbps will remain filtered for no less than 12 Hours
  10.
  11. In your case:
  12. Attack size: 431 Mbps
  13. Null route length: 3 Hours
  14.
  15. After the null route has been removed your server's IP once again will be accessible.
  16.
  17. We offer DDoS protection to existing clients completely free of charge, however this will require us to move your server files to a protected node and it will change your IP. Your IP is the only thing that will change, your files, and settings will all get moved, so you don't have to worry about anything getting lost.
  18.
  19. We have a DDoS protected location for our US customers and you will received the same performance you do now, but if your server gets attacked the traffic going to your IP will be sent through the DDoS filtering system at the datacenter until we no longer detect it. This will filter out the attack and only let "good" traffic to your server.
  20.
  21. For our US customers we have a DDoS protected servers available in Montreal, Canada. If you want to check your latency we have a test server setup at 192.95.46.1
  22.
  23. Please let us know if you would like us to move your server to a protected server, and we will right away.
  24.
  25. Best Regards,
  26. Zach S.
