Body type: A somewhat athletic build from jogging daily, but not very much muscle definition. Johnny does seem to be naturally agile though.

Skin: Light, very slightly darker in areas not covered by his clothes. A few scars can be seen on his body, with a small one cutting through his left eyebrow. There are also a few tattoos on his skin: two small black filled teardrop tattoos near his left eye, "Johnny" written in fancy black letters on his upper back, "Trigger" on his right index finger between the first and second knuckles, "Suzi's" over his heart, and several small Centralia stars on the back of both of his hands (none of the stars passing his second knuckles).

Clothes: Johnny is wearing a white, short-sleeve sweatshirt with a hood in the back and pockets in the front, with a white tanktop underneath. The sweatshirt has a red trim at the bottom and the sleeves, and a red peace sign is printed on the back. A pair of dark-blue sweatpants and black tennis shoes cover his legs and feet. He's rarely ever seen without his favorite white beanie that sports a Centralia star pattern, similar to his hands.

Family/Friends:
Parents - They're both alive, but Johnny doesn't speak to them much after dropping out of college.
Sarah - Johnny's older sister (by three years). She still talks to and likes Johnny, often dropping by his apartment to make sure he's doing okay. She currently works as a chef at a high-end restaurant and taught Johnny's girlfriend to cook.
Seth - Johnny's best friend who he met during high school and briefly went to college with. Seth is still studying in college, but often helps out Johnny with making deliveries.
Jim (called Jimbo and occasionally Bimbo by Johnny) - A businessman in his 30s who is a friend of Johnny's family. He helps Johnny launder his money through the stock market and sometimes introduces him to potential high-end customers.
Suzi - Johnny's live-in girlfriend. She was previously involved in a gang, but left upon meeting and falling in love with Johnny. She was briefly pursued by her former gang to keep her from ever ratting them out, but they gave up after Johnny murdered two of their lieutenants. She currently works as a tattoo artist and is the one that gave Johnny his tattoos. She's very good friends with Sarah and has done a few tattoos for her too.
