- Reaching into the pocket of her uniform, she pulled out a lustrous orb. Grasping it with both hands, she suddenly paused, expression turning blank as visions crossed her eyes...
- Coming to, she dropped the orb. It shattered, and a wave of choking gas flooded out, filling the tank and entering the girls' lungs. Frantically, she clambered out of the hatch once more, trying to reach fresh air, but the agent had already taken effect. She passed out lying across the roof of the turret, her two schoolmates unconscious within the tank. At long last, the black helicopter swept in from above and landed...
