  1. 1. Have the Centos8 .iso (on disk) and ks.cfg (on a USB key) files ready
  2. 2. Start the VM creation
  3. 3. Create one disk for the install
  4. 4. Attach the .iso and USB to the VM
  5. 5. Boot the VM
  6. 6. Choose whatever the advanced option install is called
  7. 7. Add the inst.ks=/path/to/ks.cfg to the kernel line in the grub menu
  8. 8. Finish booting the VM and let the Centos installer run
