*** Deric did not uncover a cover-up. Alex Goddard blogged about the rape and was sued way before Deric even learned of the case. And I believe it was the Grand Jury that uncovered any wrongdoing. If Mr Lostutter would like to present evidence to the contrary he may feel free.***


"Deric has since married, and fathered a child who sadly passed away at 27 weeks gestation, moved to North Carolina with his wife, and began a new life after being raided by the F.B.I. In 2013."

*** A business can stand on it's own merit. Deric ripped off a lot of people who left negative reviews and Deric later threatened to sue for speaking the truth. If his company went under it's by his own negligence.***

*** So the Anonymous guy wants the FBI to target an entire group despite that pesky 1st Amendment right to association. It's also important to note that the social security number was on a police report in which Deric was arrested for public intoxication and disorderly conduct while threatening a family.***

*** Deric has managed to get 2 TEMPORARY restraining orders which will be addressed in court shortly. The rest of his "allegations" still remain to be seen. And again, KY Anonymous attempting to use the FBI to shut down his critics is appalling but not surprising. ***
