- ELEG Update Spreadsheet Steps
- 1. Post Line on Giveaway topic - Update in Progress - http://steamcommunity.com/groups/EverybodyLEG/discussions/0/864972399765669380/
- 2. Copy all giveaways from last update to your posted line into the main thread
- 3. Open Source Page
- 4. Open SteamGifts - Go to ELEG and open script page
- 5. Insert Source Code to Script Box, then Run
- 6. Copy information to https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1VgqLlCMFIYb68dNSHxR9SUBHRYYhbnXIG7bJfvBKirA/edit#gid=4 - making sure the top giveaways collected match those on the spreadsheet from last update
- 7. Organize the Spreadsheet (Sort Sheet) Based on Column F
- 8. Cut and Paste Failed Giveaway into https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1VgqLlCMFIYb68dNSHxR9SUBHRYYhbnXIG7bJfvBKirA/edit#gid=6
- 9. Sort Sheet based off Column C
- 10. Organize Open Giveaways Thread by Moving all winner giveaways together
- 11. If multi - win giveaways, make new rows copy the giveaway information then separate the winner (1 winner per line)
- 12. Make sure there are no duplicate giveaways, delete if there are any duplicats
- 13. Go to https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1VgqLlCMFIYb68dNSHxR9SUBHRYYhbnXIG7bJfvBKirA/edit#gid=5 - make sure there are enough rows to fit all the new giveaways
- 14. Number the giveaways by highlighting the last 2, and drag up
- 15. Mark all the giveaways based on NB and B value (1, 0) - double check if needed by opening link
- 16. Move giveaways to Closed Giveaway sheet - https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1VgqLlCMFIYb68dNSHxR9SUBHRYYhbnXIG7bJfvBKirA/edit#gid=5
- 17. This auto updates the Status sheet.
- 18. Clean up the https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1VgqLlCMFIYb68dNSHxR9SUBHRYYhbnXIG7bJfvBKirA/edit#gid=4 so only OPEN and PENDING remain
- 19. Move OPEN and PENDING to appropriate areas on http://steamcommunity.com/groups/EverybodyLEG/discussions/0/864972399765669380/ and removing all the extraneous stuff.
- 20. Go to https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1VgqLlCMFIYb68dNSHxR9SUBHRYYhbnXIG7bJfvBKirA/edit#gid=19 - and mark who has completed their montly requirement
- 21. Go https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1VgqLlCMFIYb68dNSHxR9SUBHRYYhbnXIG7bJfvBKirA/edit#gid=20 - note who is in PROBATION and update your post from Line 1 - with this information (and reason - missing GA, CV ratio, Pt value).
- 22. Take note who needs to be moved based on NB Given number (color) and move them to appropriate area
- 23. Update your post from Line 1 - congratulating those who moved up.
- 24. Go to https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1VgqLlCMFIYb68dNSHxR9SUBHRYYhbnXIG7bJfvBKirA/edit#gid=11 and Mark your update being completed
