- Watch out for these Real estate brokers. READ ALL PAPERWORK carefully. They talk nicely and try to get you to sign a contract that pays them as much as 20%. Their whole family is deceptive. The Cheryl Rush writes these deceptive contracts. Yves Guerrier is the one who will present it and try to talk you into signing it.
- Their son Marcus smokes weed in your house while its listed for sale and keep drugs inside. None of them properly file taxes and could cause you to be audited since your giving them 20% of a sale that magically disappears in the eyes of the IRS.
- If you have bad credit they will try to talk you into taking a loan out with them. They will hide secret fees in the contract and hope they can foreclose on you because they make more money that way.
- With all this money they basically legally steal from customers they still barely work. It will take forever for them to sell your house. You think all the extra money would be a motivator but not even close.
- They take advantage of their old business partner who is completely unaware they do these things. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!
