It will also help when working with other people.
Checklists are useful to stay organized. When there are a lot of things going on, it is easy to get overwhelmed and forget something that needs to be done. Checkslists serve as a simple reminder. With checklists, work can get done more efficiently.
I think that strength-based development can be an efficient system. I think it is smart to focus on what you're good at. It makes more sense to strengthen what you're good at. I think that it is more efficient than trying to develop a new skill that you may never master.
I think some of my strengths are being able to learn quickly and being organized.
