Reasoning: Chara finally decided to fight the Sin especially by everyone's side. She was angry from everyone dropping left and right. Her racial instincts kicking in to wanting to grow more just so she could be a bit of effort in this fight against the Sin.

Moment: As they fought, everyone was also falling to the ground until she was the only one left against the Sin. She was fighting as hard as she could but it just wasn't enough against the Sin who seemed to have healing abilities(?) She was only hoping that through the power and effort of her anger and race that she could reach new heights. Especially since she had fallen down.

TL;DR: Chara was "KO'd" against the Sin. After being the last one to fight him that wasn't raging like the Bijuu. She knew it wasn't enough.
