Saiyan King event

South of the Ruins lays a large tournament, suddenly from the boom boxes on the side of the buildings so strong it allowed the entire planet to hear its sound a sudden click would emit from it, then suddenly . . .

"Testing, 1, 2, 3, testing 1, 2, 3." a mysterious voice went on

" Ah, seems to be working fine, mhmm. . . LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, SAIYANS AND SAIBAMEN! I'VE GOT AN AMAZING ANNOUNCEMENT TO MAKE!" he roared into the mic not caring for the sensitivity of others.

" It's been a little quiet lately though that all changes today! South of the Ruins stands the place where it all changes! There shall be a tournament here, whoever wins gets a cash or mana prize along with one other thing. Since they can manage to prove themsleves to be so strong they shall recieve the King of the Saiyans! Come on down and register! We dare you!" he finished then letting the area reast in ease once more
