Very unprofessional, or rather misleading, representative.

When I changed the main driver (forced to with no real logical reason, since the 2nd driver is the one who has a credit card rather than other means), she didn't point to me that she's creating a new reservation, and that the new reservation would make my car change.

The result:
- I get a worse car for a higher price
- I get a worse company
- I pay $70 for additional driver instead of $35, just because the other car rental company charges more
