ELF GANGER THING BACKGROUND

Andrew "Bull" Carlson is a quintessential archetype of someone who was born into poverty in crime. He's violent, ill tempered, and not particularly educated in any way accepted by the academic community. As a result, he is almost totally unable to read, or operate anything in the Matrix. All he looks for out of life is to shoot big guns, drive fast cars, and make money doing one or both of these things.

Andrew was born 27 years ago in the Seattle Barrens, gang crime, drugs, guns, and poverty were all essential aspects of his existence. The arrival of Halley's Comet did change him, like it changed many. It just didn't change him that much. With large, cattle-like horns, extra plating on his bones, and the ability to eat nearly anything, people began to refer to him as Bull, as he looked just like one. Unfortunately, the drawbacks of these changes left him roughly as oblivious as his namesake, and he misunderstood the purpose of nicknames. Believing his name to actually be Bull ("Why else would everyone call me that?"), he's going to make a living the only way he knows how. With violence and gang crime.

Unfortunately, Bull has started to run out of freelance work. As a result, he's looking for more steady work in the form of joining a gang. Unfortunately, his lack of intelligence or education has led him to some...interesting attempts at joining a gang, including an attempt to join a Trog gang due to his not knowing what Trog even meant.
