Kobayashi is muscular and slim, as seen through his costume. Not too bulky, but enough to a average human extent.

It may not be concealed, but there's is a white aluminium baton on the outside of his left leg.

★Physical Appearance:

Tanjiro is a slim, strong looking man. He is clean shaven and has short back and sides for his dark brown hair that curves formally to his side. He has narrow grey eyes, with a soft but slick complexion on his Caucasian coloured skin.
Kobayashi has ears that don't pop out or are close to his head; they are in between.

His lips are usually chapped, and his teeth are plain white, with earlier help from whitener.
His eyebrows are dark brown, and are barely thick and are at an average length.

Kobayashi is very tall, over the average height for a man, and he also has long legs that show this.
His body is daily hygienic as well.

★Hero Costume:

Kobayashi has a red and white costume (as seen below).
His elbow to shoulder are white, with his knee to hip being the same.
The are where each knee and elbow are are made up of a thinner layer of material, increasing his mobility.

The costume is made up of three layers :-

The outer layer, made up of a fairly thick leather which his muscles somehow still show through.

The centre layer which is made of a flexible, strong alloy

The inner layer, which is made up of a thin lining of a comfortable material, making it easier to use.

The crotch area has a thicker leather, to protect the sensitive and so it doesn't show through.

For more important or stealthy missions, Fuka would wear a black and white one, the black replacing the red.

★Hobbies:

Fuka doesn't really have time for hobbies, as he's an active hero, although he usually cooks and collects gemstones, which he currently has 200 or over.

Kobayashi also eats as a hobby.

★Likes:

Kobayashi enjoys Broadway Musicals, and bagels without toppings on them. He likes lots of food without topping on or in them. Fuka likes what most humans like (e.g. Nice People, friends, family).

★Dislikes:

Kobayashi dislikes villains, obviously, and will do anything to save a precious life that they would aim to kill.
He believes once you've done a universally immoral act (e.g. Rape, kill) then you have lost your personhood, therefore you are not a true person.

He also dislikes show offs, and being in the spotlight.

★Personality:
Chiru is, on the surface, a timid yet talkative boy who's kindhearted and helpful. Despite his somewhat shy nature, he enjoys making friends and meeting new people. In actuality, Chiru is a manipulative person who embodies the chaotic evil agenda. In order to achieve his goal, Chiru is completely ok with lying, cheating, and manipulating other in order get what he wants, be it information or favors. Behind his kind, shy guy facade, he's a cruel, manipulative person who wants to become the best hero there is.

When it comes to friends, Chiru treats all of his friends with the same amount of friendliness and respect, unless something he needs requires him to act otherwise. How he really feels about someone is usually never revealed to anyone out of fear of betrayal or loosing a valuable asset, however again he will reveal said feeling if something he need requires him to do so. To Chiru, in terms of friends, your either a disposable asset, a valuable ally, or a true friend/family to him. There's not much of an in between.

When it comes to enemies, Chiru considers almost everyone a possible enemy, due to his nature. He's a relatively calm and collective person, so its fairly hard to anger him and make him hate someone. Because of this, there are little to no people he truly hates or consider a rival and there's a small chance that anyone ever will fill that spot.

★Bio:
Chiru's life was a struggle from the beginning. While his mother was average, working class citizen, his father was a villain. However, he wasn't a successful villain in any terms. He was known as such a terrible villain, he and his mother had to move towns just to escape the shameful reputation he had created for himself. Chiru was absolutely embarrassed by his father to the point of him telling any one who asked about his dad that he was dead. He preferred having no father at all then the one he was born with. However, one way or another, word would spread about Chiru's disappointment of a father and he and his family were forced to move again.

At age 12, Chiru developed his quirk. He new from the start that this was exactly what he needed. From there Chiru swore that he would use his quirk and any other means necessary to create a great reputation for himself. One that would erase his fathers memory form the world and his own mind. He wanted to become the absolute best hero he could. However, he new very well that power alone would not be enough. He began to adapt the ideology that only sacrifice would gain his the reputation he needed. He planned to essentially cheat his way through life in order to become the hero he saw in his mind.

About halfway through the school year, Chiru was caught by a student who exposed him. He lied to this student and manipulated him into failing the test so that Chiru would have a higher score. Feeling guilty, this student exposed him to a teacher. Several other students called him out as well for other misdeeds and eventually, Chiru was completely expelled from UA. Broken and enraged, Chiru snapped and decided if he couldn't be a better hero to change his reputation, he would become a great villain. Adapting the alter ego Frost Mourne, Chiru works on becoming a feared and powerful hero.

★Quirk Description:
This quirk allows Chiru to generate and manipulate black ice, which is like regular ice but black, colder and stronger with a higher resistance to heat than regular fire, making it more similar to cold, black, steel. He can use it on a lower tier to create a cooling aura around him or on higher tiers to make giant pillars and stalagmites of ice.

★Drawback:
Because of the nature of his quirk, over use or larger scaled use of it will cause his body to be effected by it. Areas of black frost and black ice spike will begin to gradually form on his body, causing him immense pain and physical stress. And because of the strength and heat resistance of the ice, it takes much longer for the ice damage to his body to go away. Even on a smaller scale, such as just feeling extreme cold and developing minor areas of frost, Chiru will still feel weakened, fatigued, and slowed by this.

★Quirk Potential:
With enough training an practice, Chiru could refine his use with the quirk in order to form more advanced and powerful constructs such as weapons and structures. By refining his use to be more precise and structurally smart, Chiru could learn to use his quirk for much longer and in larger quantities before he begins to feel draw backs, he could also create more powerful constructs.

★Quirk Offensive Techniques:
Black Ice: Spear: Chiru can fire off various sized ice spike at his opponent for cutting or piercing damage. The smallest spikes which are about the size of pencils, can be used 15 times before he begins to feel the drawbacks. The largest spikes, which are about the size and shape of actual spears can be used three times before he begins to feel draw backs.

Black Ice: Frost Wave: Chiru can expel, either from his hands or mouth, a gust of freezing cold air that appears dark grey like smoke. This cold hair can, on a small scale, cause someone discomfort with cold temperatures or, on its largest scale, covers whatever it touches in a coat of thick frost to temporarily imobilize a target or create slippery floors of ice. It smallest tier can be used for up to 5 minutes straight before he feels drawbacks. Its largest tier can he used for 10 seconds before he begins to feel drawbacks.

Black Ice: Iron Pillars: Chiru can create waves of black ice stalagmites to rise from the ground while traveling forward. On its smallest scale, Chiru could create areas of small ice spike to cause minor feet damage or discomfort. On its largest scale, Chiru can create towering walls of ice spike to send opponents flying or freeze them inside. Its smallest teir can be used 9 times before he begins to feel drawbacks, while the largest tier can be used twice before be begins to feel drawbacks.

★Quirk Defensive Techniques:
Black Ice: Ballroom Floor: Chiru can generate a wave of frost from his feet to freeze the ground around him to create a thick, slippery sheet of ice making it extremely hard to move around for his opponents. This can be used 6 times in one day before he begins to feel draw backs.

Black Ice: Prison Wall: Chiro can creat a wall of black ice to protect himself and/or other from an attack. This wall can either be a single wall facing in a single direction or a circular dome shaped wall that surrounds him. Single walls can be used 5 times while all around walls can be used 3 times before he begins taking drawbacks.

Black Ice: Black Rose: A defensive and offensive technique, Chiru can create a ring of outward facing black ice spikes around him. These will not only protect him from all sides, but damage anyone who attempts to rush at him from the ground. This can be used 5 times before he begins to feel the drawbacks.

★Trivia:
Chiru has yet to reveal his quirk to anyone but family. This reason for this being he wants it to remain a secret for his villain alter ego so that he can walk around normally and not get caught due to association.So far, the most he's revealed to anyone outside of his family is the ability to cool things.
