The owner of GTALife messaged me about you joining their server, trying to tell them about us shutting down everything immediatelly tomorrow because I wanted?
Also about me claiming the source code and not giving it to our other developers
Which is actually also wrong, I am just the only person who is developing for the last weeks, but they still have all access to the version(edited)

I just wanted to let them know that the chances are definetely there that GT-MP won't continue and they should be informed because we can't just leave the community in the dark with such important things

I can only inform the community about things that get brought to me and that was that if you "leave" the project (more like shutting it down), the rest of the team would have to start a big step back because you have the masterserver and noone else has access to it for later use of GT-MP leading to hiring new developers to code something similar again

I would be the last person shutting this down  if there is a chance for it to stay alive without risking my private life beeing fucked up because of a mod.
If there would have ever been an official decision beeing made, it would have been explained in all details and made understandable for every person out there(edited)
Its not about trying to kill anything, its about trying to save what is left to save. If theres literally no future, it wouldn't make sense to keep a project running. But I understand that its easy for someone to decide this which has literally spend nothing of time developing and running this

That was not the exacty status that was provided to me, I just knew that you were likely to shutting down GT-MP because of the whole situation going on with T2 and I thought that the community should be the first to be informed that there is such a risk when people have servers with thousands of players, leaving them in the dark should never be the intention of GT-MP, not even if the project shuts down, no matter what reasons are behind it
And in my opinion there is at the moment no reason to slow down or even stop development of GT-MP, if T2 would have something against as at this point in time, they would have contacted us already, even more with the current situation
I know I didn't put you in the right light but for me as a part of the GT-MP team, I want to have the community informed about such things going on above anything else, even more with the citical situation that was brought to me and only having ~2 days left to react before things go down

Well I don't want to blame Msk here in the slightest way because I really only know one side of the story
Maybe I understood something wrong, maybe he didn't make something very clear, but it should be sorted out right now for the best

For the information that got provided to me, I don't think it was overreacted, now I don't know what the real current status is but at that time it fitted in the whole situation I saw with the development being slow or nearly stopped, as Durty also said

For me it seemed like a serious situation going on, that's why I did what I said should be the most important thing: Informing the community about it because it seemed like this wouldn't have happened otherwise
I see that there are always two sides of a story, but I had all reason to belive it for good
If @DurtyFree would come to me with important information, or even you @Trust37, I don't think I have to ask the other 5 people if there is something to it
