The suit is made out of a specialized synthetic that will conduct and store the charge. Rather than simply insulating the wearer it goes on to enhance their movements until dispelled
A tesla inspired engine on the back converts external energy sources into a form that can be safely used, and electro-sensitive cells on the surface serve to complete the circuit with externals that touch the suit, discharging the energy for a taser effect
