  1. ■ Character Name: Signe Falkenberg
  2. ■ Character Race: Half-Giant/Vanir
  3. ■ Character Age: 24
  4.
  5. ■ Where are they from (what Nationality)? Where were their parents from (and, if they're not from the same nation, how did they meet)? Where was your character raised (what nation, and what city/village/region)?
  6.
  7. Signe is a Vanir born half-giant. Her father was killed mating with her mother and then as a baby, she was dropped off at the respective village. Her father was a trapper before his demise, but it was not one she would learn much from. She was then raised among the men of Skaun. Her formidable size and power were enough to make her more than just a mere woman in the ranks, on account of the fear most men would have to even try with her, and instead, this isolation grew to turn her into a formidable pit fighter and display.
  8.
  9. ■ What kind of upbringing did they have? Were they wealthy or poor? Were their parents tradesmen? Farmers? Nobility? How did that influence your character's view on the world, and on other people (both those that were better-off than themselves, and those who were worse off)?
  10.
  11. She was mostly poor going up due to having no real parentage to take care of them, but they made considerable wealth through strength as time went on, though with it many enemies who did not respect a woman, calling the half-giant birth of hers as something which should not be honored as she was still herself a woman in the arena. This often led to some attempted forfeits of which she would not give in with her stubborn nature.
  12.
  13. This viewpoint however hardened her, making her considerably more greedy and hedonistic. She takes what she wants and breaks those who try to prevent her. She feels her stature and power have made her intimidating and leans into it rather than dismissing it. She may have the beauty of Atali, but she has the spirit of a warrior in her soul.
  14.
  15. ■ What skills and talents does your character have? What are one or two things they're really good at? ■ What weaknesses does the character have? What character flaws do they possess that has influenced their lives, and the lives of those around them?
  16.
  17. Her massive size and strength have made her more adept at construction, especially with stones from the mountains to build her own home which could house her more akin to a stable. She is also due to her pit warrior upbringing and womanly allure learned in performance as she had become one with great showmanship in attempts to earn strong praise and satisfaction.
  18.
  19. She is rather unintelligent and a slave to her own cravings. She drinks, she fights, she does what she pleases to fulfill her own needs before considering others. It isn't that she won't care, for she does find kin a warming thing, but they will always be second to her luxury and faith of Ymir.
  20.
  21. ■ What god(s) do they worship? How do they exhibit or demonstrate their faith?
  22. Signe is very faithful to Ymir and sees her strength and life as only continuing until Ymir does not wish to anymore. This can make her somewhat zealous and even make claims she won't fall unless Ymir allows, taking agency and breath out of her foes even if they pull a victory. She always tries to follow the tenants better than other of her kin, feeling a competition to fight for his 'love' so to speak.
  23.
  24. ■ What does your character look like? Describe them (ex: tall, short, skin tone, hair colour, eye colour, unusual scars/markings/features, etc - this should line up with their Nationality).
  25. She has a coppery red hairstyle that meshes between Vanir and half-giant colorations. She has very pale skin with massive greyish blue eyes sunken deep into her face which has been slashed with paint across her eyes in the color of snow. She is very tall and bulked up yet maintains a quite lovely, feminine body from her strange ancestry.
  26.
  27. ■ How would your character react to non-humans, like demons, tieflings, and shapeshifters?
  28.
  29. Humans: 3.5/5
  30. Vanir 5/5
  31. Aesir 1/5 - Finds humans to be very acceptable, prizing her own kin even with their petty actions in her childhood as the best people to be with. Absolutely hates Aesir simply due to upbringing and lack of real intelligence. Hates blonde hair anything regardless of race which sets them off.
  32.
  33. Fae-Blooded: 2/5, their magic-like spooky appearances are not something they are into. They also inherently distrust magic and instead find comfort in strength and physical virtue. Not likely to stir the pot much with them but may outright try to avoid them where possible.
  34.
  35. Tiefling: 2.5/5, Their demonic blood is untrusted, yet their colorations and height seem to give her some level of comfort which neutralizes out the relations. If they are however magically included Tieflings, this drops to 1.5 instead.
  36.
  37. Half-Giant Vanir: 5/5
  38. Half-Giant Aesir 1/5, Same situation as Vanir/Asir though a mutual bond with their own kin. Cares more for a fell Half-Giant who is weaker than they are rather than stronger though. -0.5/+0.5
  39.
  40. Goblins: 4/5, Enjoys these small critters for their very nature and meekness. It is because she does not find them threatening of which she looks to trust their scrawny, do as they want attitude.
  41.
  42. Snakemen: 1/5 Does not trust or like the snakemen and their deceit, how they could enjoy the heat and just general opposites.
  43.
  44. Shapeshifters: 1.5/5, they are short, they turn into dinner. She does not like that thing she may care about as livestock could actually be something sentient and trying to manipulate her. Absolutely disgusted by them if she finds out an animal is one.
  45.
  46. Vampire: 1.25/5, Terrible creatures. just outright has no real reason to like them. That said, they would befriend and work with one willing to help them destroy threatening Aesir.
  47.
  48. Werewolves: 1.75/5, Treated like shifters, though due to their rather strong power a bit more respect is granted. They desire to fight them more than anything though as a test of her own strength.
  49.
  50. Demon: 1.5/5, Just as vampires, they find them to be horrible creatures to be for the most part slain. Would work with one to take down a vampire or Aesir though. They distrust the pacts and would never sign one while sober, though being sober and even in drunkenness they may still put up a small fight unless stressed into it.
  51.
  52. Fae: Varies on height / The smaller the fey, the higher the relation, the taller the less. Scales from to 2 to 4. Finds their natures to be more natural and a necessary evil in this world as opposed to most rares.
  53.
  54. ■ What are their goals? (Short and long term)
  55.
  56. I desire for her to grow into a legendary warrior of Ymir who can strike fear in those who are not of her kin. I want her to pressure people almost like a dragon, to offer protection from enemies and her in exchange for their servitude and charity. I also wish to be absolutely UNGA towards blonde people and try to eradicate any level of influence or power they may have on the island at any cost, including working with the unsavory races if pushed far enough. She's dumb enough to be molded into a terrible weapon so long as she reaps glory, wealth, respect, booze, and Aesir heads.
  57.
