  1. Embrace vs. BTC
  2.
  3. Pikachu can jump at 2x speed
  4. The lightning bolt is pretty strong but I have no idea if the Hoover Dam is exceptionally large
  5. Moderately ok physicals, not sure I buy building busting
  6. Can pull a Spiderman
  7. Ash-Greninja seems a more arguable brick
  8. Luke Cage’s offense seems shaky but his defense seems good
  9. I am willing to believe Pikachu will open with a lightning bolt, and it’ll probably hit
  10. Vulkan’s lightning resist may be bad
  11. Pikachu’s striking is a bit better than prior argued
  12. I still have no idea how Guzzlord is destroying these buildings, so I’m unsure if I buy the “people are comparable to its striking so they’re building busting.”
  13. I’m willing to buy that Ash Greninja’s projectiles will tag people and do damage
  14. Luke is an ok brick
  15. Rowboat’s durability may be bad
  16. Pikachu’s lightning may be slow
  17. I remain doubtful on Pikachu’s physicals
  18. Pikachu’s jump boost may be dubious in impact
  19. Greninja’s projectiles may not tag
  20. I am beginning to doubt the Pokemon scaling as a whole ngl
  21. Sanguinus is seeming more likely to beat Greninja so far
  22. Honestly not a huge fan of the word definition arguments
  23. Pikachu could suck less than prior argued
  24. The lifting = / = striking also hits Luke, I’m pretty sure??
  25. Pikachu’s durability actually seems ok
  26. I’m willing to buy the shuriken is fast again
  27. Greninja’s physicals seem a bit better
  28. The feat of Luke “busting a hill” is him flying at it. I have no idea if he was thrown or something.
  29. God these responses are long
  30. Tbh the argument that Pikachu might not go lethal probably doesn’t matter that much
  31. The Guzzlord scaling still feels incredibly hmmm
  32. Why did you format this like this, Embrace
  33. Why
  34. As argued Rowboat is definitely OOT
  35.
  36.
  37. OOT: I think Rowboat is OOT as argued, because Luke Cage has durability comparable to the tier setter, but Rowboat was consistently argued as oneshotting him for most of the match.
  38. Pikachu’s durability and physicals are pretty bad as argued, because I think BTC threw enough doubt onto the Guzzlord scaling. On the other hand, the speed argument for Pikachu’s lightning felt a lot weaker. As argued, I’m willing to accept that Pikachu would die if he got hit, but that Pikachu can also consistently tag and kill Vulkan with his lightning.
  39. On the other hand, Greninja’s physicals felt a fair bit more defined, and his projectile speed seems more definite in general as well. The projectiles seem like they’re fairly plausibly capable of harming Sanguinus or however the fuck you spell his name. I’m pretty sure S-man would kill Greninja with his lance’s energy blasts if they landed, but Greninja has the range advantage.
  40. I think both sides suffered from characters not being super well defined, but BTC’s characters suffered from it more. However, the argumentation over specific words felt weak to me.
  41.
  42. Embrace wins, Rowboat OOT.
  43.
  44.
  45. As a whole, this argument was so fucking long that I’m pretty sure I literally forgot points. As feedback, while BTC was much better about this, the argumentation felt scattered as a whole while something more focused is both easier to read and remember. I apologize to either debater if I literally forgot a key argument.
  46.
  47. For Embrace specifically, please never do quotes in bullet points followed by another quote without at least indentations. It’s not good to look at, easy to lose your place, and contributed to a fair bit of reader’s fatigue
