  7. +Terran Downvale __ If she is using a "selfie stick" then it would be a "customised" one. If you Google for images or watch videos which were done using "selfie sticks" you can often see the handle of the selfie-stick (and often a "GoPro Camera" is used).

  9. I always found it odd that "selfie sticks" were more or less the "same". I'd have thought there would be many customisable types.

  11. In my view - that they are all much the same ("a long pole") it serves as a decoy (to make us believe she was not using a selfie stick - because it would look different!).

  13. Simply - I am suggesting - in her left hand she is holding onto a lightweight (thin/strong) pole that extends out away from her body and then wraps around her body (or 90 degree angle) then goes directly upward.

  15. I very likely would need to do some kind of drawing to help you to visualise. If she is using a selfie stick then something needs to go from her left hand to a point where the camera is - in such a way that the camera does not film any of the pole.

  17. If you cannot visualise how it would be arranged then that would also make it difficult to accept etc.

  19. There would also be a "point" near the camera where the operator would look. Otherwise you would naturally look in the wrong place and give it away. So there is probably something on the pole to look at. The kid would be told "if you look at the selfie stick then look at that part of it".

  21. That "point" would be where the "interviewer" asking the questions would be if there was someone really there.

  23. The (autistic seeming) kid is bored. I did not get the impression he behaved as though there was a stranger with them. If there were another person with them then I would imagine he would stand closer to his "crazy grandma who is talking to that silly stick and camera again".

  25. He does not at all seem interested in the "interviewer". As I say - he would be instructed where to look but he can't help stealing a fleeting glance at the "handle" (or some other part of it). He knows he isn't supposed to look there so his glances are fleeting. The crazy grandma - knowing this - would also know to "glance to the side" to make it seem like the kid is looking at something else etc.

  27. This is everything you would expect to see from a professional. A lot of grandmothers would also travel "for the first time" with a grandson. That is emotional manipulation (she never said where they were going and whether they would still be going!).

  29. The interviewer never spoke and never asked the kid anything. Obviously if it is just the two of them then that is what we would expect.

  33. *The key point is this:* she says there was "an explosion" (only one). This gets *immediately* revised to: *"in fact we heard two explosions".*

  35. If she did not originally say that then a hard cut becomes necessary. (Since the camera was on her face as she spoke then there should exist raw footage of her saying what she said - right?!)

  37. Another important point. Notice that each time the "interviewer" shifted the camera to focus on something else the woman also "shifted/moved her body".

Each time there was camera movement it started with subtle movement with her. *She does not remain motionless as the person "interviewing" shifts focus to other things etc.* If there was a real person interviewing then you'd expect the camera might shift about the place while the woman remains motionless.

  41. As I say - there are other details such as we don't hear anyone else speak (what questions is she being asked) - and so on and so on.

  47. It is important to use these opportunities to gain as much insight into "normal people" and how they think/react as possible.

  53. I get the impression she went down and did her "interview" at the location BEFORE the alleged event (and thus only knew about "one explosion").

  55. To be "on scene" makes it seem authentic. We see other people in the background - they look like normal travellers! They don't seem like there has just been a terrorist attack! But we don't get a good look at them.

  57. *In my view there are more reasons to think she interviewed herself than not:*

  59. 1) The black object ("selfie stick handle"); the kid fleetingly glancing at what would be the handle/pole region [and then to where he is supposed to look].

  61. 2) The fact she changed positions but we didn't see it; the fact we did not hear anyone speaking to her.

  63. 3) The fact the kid seemed bored (as though "grandma is being crazy again").

  65. 4) The fact her body "shifts" just prior to each camera focus change.

  71. If you have any objections *write them as a reply.* You aren't required to believe she is using a selfie stick! *I am pointing out that it is how it seems to me.*

  73. Anyone who believes this was a real event CANNOT see her as having interviewed herself. Their belief it is real is what causes them to not notice any of the details I pointed out and to invent "plausible explanations" for them (that are limited by their natural intelligence and imagination).

  75. Everything is real to the stupid, unobservant and - _especially_ - the mentally ill.

  77. It is an example of something that a "normal person" would never think to scrutinise and so would not even pause to think "Hang on - is there any reason to think someone else is actually interviewing her?!"

  79. Certainly - if she is interviewing herself then it would explain why the kid never spoke or got engaged - unless she was also a ventriloquist!
