TMC Potential RTA Improvements

Potential Timesavers for RTA from the NEW TAS (with a couple modifications noted…need to test stuff). Everything is timestamped. A lot of these are very minor timesaves for frames, but some of them can save some seconds.

8. Temple of Droplets: Better gust jar puffs on lilypad, after switch puff left, roll down, screen transition

9. Temple of Droplets: Switch to boots and run up through here (don't equip bombs like the TAS)

10. Palace of Winds: Don't place the bomb as early as the TAS does. Delay it a bit to make the timing easier. Throw it and slash like the TAS does (assuming peahats are nice)
