 [email protected]: Yes. I haven't played or used this account in a long time. My display name was thexiidoctor. And now it's been bastardised into something that loses any meaning the original had.
 Ichirou: I would like to inform you that the display name was not changed. Please note that "thexiidoctor" is your account's username and your display name is "thexiiivdoctori".
 [email protected]: My display name was definitely 'thexiidoctor'.
 [email protected]: The name has been one I've used for years now, I would never ever name anything of mine 'thexiivdoctori'. That has clearly been altered in the time I haven't been using this account.
 [email protected]: If it helps, I haven't used this account since the arc takeover. My account was from perfectworld.
 [email protected]: And hasn't been used again until just now.
 Ichirou: I have already checked the account and I would like to assure you that no changes has been made on the display name.

 Ichirou: I would like to let you know that the character's name is still "TheXiiDoctor". You may login to the account and check. The display name was part of the registration even when before it was moved to Arc. Please note that your display name is also your forum name.
 [email protected]: Alright. again, I have never typed what is currently whatever this TheXiivDoctori thing is into anything. There is now way in hell it was something I've typed and decided was okay.

 Ichirou: Unfortunately, we only offer name changes under very specific circumstances. We can only change the handle name if the account name and handle are the same, the current handle is a security risk, or the name qualifies as a violation to our policies.
 [email protected]: Something has very clearly gone wrong here. This weird spelling mistake name is certainly not mine nor is it anything I would ever type in and be okay with. It is NOT here by my choice or action.
 [email protected]: This has been forced upon me, and I don't know why.
 [email protected]: Maybe it was PerfectWorld's mistake, and you can't see it cause you're an Arc guy.
 Ichirou: Again, I have already checked the account and the handle name has never been changed. It was the display name that you listed upon registering the account.

 Ichirou: I have already check all the changes made on the account since it was created.

 [email protected]: Like, according to your system.
 Ichirou: The account was created on 2012-07-09.

 Ichirou: I understand that you would like to change the display name of the account however, we won't be able to grant your request.
 [email protected]: It's pretty sad that a display name that I would have never put there is now stuck on me after I have spent easily over I imagine 200 dollars on this game.
 [email protected]: I guess that's just the end of that then. I can't support business practices that force uncomfortable things on their customers.
 [email protected]: I hope, at least, it was machine mistake. And that you just can't see what happened.

 [email protected]: Like, the error isn't even a case of 'don't like' it's a case that I feel really viciously uncomfortable with it. It's a bastardisation that mocks the meaning the name had.

 [email protected]: It's completely invalidating. It's not just a case of 'not liking it'.
 Ichirou: We respect your feedbacks but I'm certain that it's the handle name that you've entered on the registration page. I would like to ask for your understanding as we won't be able to change it.

 [email protected]: I'm not going to be playing and Arc games, ever. This was my attempt at getting into it and the experience has assured me that I am not valuable or cared for, despite the money I've put into the game in the past.
