  1. -BANKSLAMMER'S GUIDE TO SEARCHING FOR CHARTS-
  2.
  3. Need to work on your chords? Can't do jacks for jack? Looking for the perfect tournament pick? There's an easy way to find charts with certain features!
  4.
  5. https://popn.hyrorre.com/start is a great resource for info on pop'n charts, complete with a list of signature attributes for each chart. However, it doesn't have built in functionality to search for these attributes. But with a little work, we can make our own search!
  6.
  7. In the search bar, enter a search in the following format:
  8.
  9. ("* A" OR "、A") "##B##" @難易度表
  10.
  11. Swap out "A" for the attribute you want to search for, and "B" for the level of the chart you're looking for. For example, if you want to look for 44s with a focus on chords, the search term would be:
  12.
  13. ("* 同時押し" OR "、同時押し") "##44##" @難易度表
  14.
  15. If you want to search for more than one level, swap out "##B##" for ("##B1##" OR "##B2##"), adding as many levels as you'd like. For example, if you want 43-45, use ("##43##" OR "##44##" OR "##45##"). If you don't want to specify any level range, leave out that section altogether!
  16.
  17. The search is slow, so be patient!
  18.
  19. The list of attributes Hyorre uses are as follows:
  20.
  21. 総合力 - All-around ability. Charts that utilize all skills.
  22.
  23. 発狂 - Chaos zone. Parts of the chart that suddenly become extremely difficult to read.
  24.
  25. 辛ゲージ - Spicy gauge. Songs that are the hardest to increase clear meter on.
  26.
  27. 体力 - Stamina. Charts that are extremely physically tiring.
  28.
  29. ソフラン - Soflan. Charts that change BPM in major ways.
  30.
  31. 交互連打 - Trills. Patterns of alternating notes or sets of notes.
  32.
  33. ラスト殺し - Killer ending. A chart with a difficulty spike at the end.
  34.
  35. 階段 - Scales. Adjacent notes one after another.
  36.
  37. 縦連打 - Jacks. Hitting a single note or chord multiple times in a row.
  38.
  39. 左右振り - Crossovers. Charts that make you hit notes on the left side of the panel with your right hand, and vice-versa.
  40.
  41. 片手処理 - One-hand patterns. Charts that make you execute difficult patterns with a single hand.
  42.

  50.
  51. ずれ押し - Disjointed chords. Buttons that are almost simultaneous, but not quite.
  52.
  53. 無理押し - Impossible pattern. A pattern that most people can't physically do, so it needs to be hit differently than intended.
  54.
  55. スライド - Slide. A pattern so fast, it's extremely difficult to hit each button individually, so you need to slide your hand across the buttons.
  56.
  57. 乱打 - Streams. Lots of scattered notes in rapid succession.
  58.
  59. 辛判定 - Strict timing windows. Some timing windows for judgements are smaller than normal.
