1 What is Solidus Global?

The name Solidus was originally created by Emperor Constantine for the Imperial Roman Empire to identify their currency. 3 Is Solidus Global a legal company?

Yes, Solidus Global is a fully incorporated company under the laws of St. Lucia. We chose to incorporate in St. Lucia based on their network marketing friendly legislation and good banking system. The Solidus Global legal framework and business model was designed using an innovative and permissible structure.

4 Can I visit the Solidus Global office for a meeting?

5 What is Solidus Coin?

There is no Solidus Coin. Solidus is not a coin opportunity. We may or may not have a digital coin in the future, a coin may be considered if it brings value to our members.

6 How do I open an account?

These are the simple and easy steps:

a) Please contact the person who introduced you to this opportunity and request a registration link to be part of their referral team.
b) Register into Solidus at solidusglobal.com, confirm your email, pay the software fee, then proceed to solidus.worldkyc.com to upload your KYC (Know Your Customer) information.
c) Once your KYC information is verified, you will have the option at no extra fee to open a WinstantPay eWallet at solidus.winstantpay.com. You are then able to fund and use your WinstanPay eWallet
d) Then buy into exclusive deals referred to you in the Solidus Global Marketplace.
7. Can I open more than one account?

Yes, as to the specifics of the referral marketing system you have the option to run several individual accounts if that fits into your personal business structure by opening additional accounts as per the procedure described in question 6 above.

8. What do I do if my payment does not activate my account?

Please contact Solidus Global Customer Support by email at support@solidusglobal.com, we are here to help you with any issue you might encounter.

If your account was not activated automatically, please contact our customer support and provide your User ID, email and batch number of the transaction. After a brief transaction search, customer support will respond to you with the solution to your issue.

9. What type of personal data do I need to provide for Solidus Global?

Solidus Global is required to meet global bank standards for all KYC requirements to be compliant under various regulations inline with the international nature of our business.

Please refer to the answer provided in question 6 which explains the registration and KYC procedure. You are obligated to provide your full name, username, address, phone number, nationality, country, email address, national ID-card or passport and payment option. There may be additional requirements as Solidus Global will always meet or exceed the latest banking and regulatory requirements worldwide.

10. What is the fee to register?

To register for Solidus Global each position is required to pay a Software Fee of $30 USD. The Software Fee will be charged annually from all active IBA’s positions.

The Software Fee is the most important benefit to membership. In joining Solidus Global the Software Fee provides the back-office as well as KYC at a global bank standard. Verified personal information is the key to be able to create premium referral data and the basis for commission and bonus payments. Through the Software Fee, members receive dual access to the Solidus back-office (referral listings and team genealogy) and access to an optionally WinstantPay eWallet of their own.

11. How to withdraw money?

a) Please login into your personal Solidus Global Dashboard and click on the “eWallet” tab

b) Select the send money button, the method (WinstantPay eWallet) and the amount

c) WinstantPay is a global payment platform. Solidus Global wants the members to receive their benefits directly without corporate access in-between

d) Solidus Global wants you to always have full access and control over your money​

12. What is minimum and maximum withdrawal amount?

Solidus Global back-office is designed to pay you any amount directly, without minimum or maximum through your linked WinstantPay eWallet account.

13. Can I fund my WinstantPay eWallet with digital currency?

You can fund your WinstantPay eWallet with either fiat currency or cryptocurrency. You can do payments directly into our back-office using Wire Transfers, ACH, Credit Cards, WinstantPay, Bitcoins or other digital currencies.

14. How does the Solidus Global referral bonus system work? a) All percentages are based on Business Volume (BV) generated through referrals by an IBA

Solidus Global has several generous referral bonus plans to reward members for their referral efforts.

Solidus Global referral bonus plans in general are as follows:

b) Direct Referral Bonus: 10% of all direct sales credited to you and paid out daily

c) Indirect Referral Bonus: This is designed for IBA’s to help build their downline and receive benefits. There are 3 levels: 1st level 5%, 2nd level 4%, 3rd level 3%

d) Binary Referral Bonus: 10% of the weaker leg’s referral efforts. The Binary Referral bonus is a remarkable benefit designed to reward your efforts as an IBA to grow referral teams in a healthy and stable way.

e) Matching Referral Bonus: With the growth of a healthy and stable team structure, the Matching Referral bonus is an additional reward. This bonus is paid to the IBA in 3 levels. Matching Referral bonus is calculated based on the Binary Referral bonus each downline earns. There are 3 levels: 1st level 4%, 2nd level 3%, 3rd level 2%



This can be viewed as a helping referral bonus that allows sponsors to help people to earn more while they earn more.

f) Indirect, Binary and Matching Referral Bonuses are paid out weekly and are calculated from the BV amount each contact referral deal generates.

15. What is BV?

BV is a bonus term and stands for Business Volume. Each referral generates a unique amount of BV. All bonuses are paid out based on the BV: 1BV is equal to $1 USD in payout. Each referral deal displays the details of the referral generated BV.

16. How do I qualify for bonuses?

Each registered position is qualified for bonuses based on their earned BV.

17. How much can be earned daily or weekly?

The maximum earnings are limited to each weekly period. Each position can receive a maximum weekly payout up to $30,000 USD. This maximum payout is equal throughout all registered positions, in order to comply with regulations.

18. Can I receive an invoice for my purchase?

Upon request, Solidus Global will provide an invoice for the Software Fee.

Based on your referral and/or direct purchase from the referred company, this company will provide an invoice for your purchase.

19. Can a company be registered?

Solidus Global welcomes the registration of companies.

The process is very similar to an individual registration as outlined in the answer to question 6. The person officially eligible to represent the company registers an account initially in their own name and must do the required KYC. Upon completing the registration, please send the incorporation documentation of the company to customer support. After review and approval, customer service will rename the account in the corporate name.

20. Can a sponsor be changed?

The ability to change sponsors is not allowed in the Solidus Global network. If a sponsor is not abiding by the Terms and Conditions or preforming with responsibility to their downline, that position will be frozen. Adjustments may be made in specific cases that are documented and justified through our Customer Service department.

21. How do members represent the company?

To represent the company a member must sign the IBA agreement available in the back-office. Once the IBA agreement is in place, a member can sponsor new people through their registration link. Each person must complete the registration process as detailed in question 6. All IBAs must comply with the terms and conditions available in the back-office. Solidus Global will use its best efforts to monitor the market and our IBA’s compliance with all the company’s policies. Solidus Global will not tolerate any misrepresentation on behalf of Solidus Global. In the event an IBA is misrepresenting the company, this will result in the freezing of all their positions. Any website and/or social media account presenting itself as the company will result in termination of the responsible IBA.

Why is there a Software fee?
Software fee is one of the most important benefits for members when joining Solidus Global. The Software fee provides a Back-office account, KYC diligence and a WinstantPay e-wallet for the payment of the $30 (Thirty) USD Software fee. Through the software fee members receive dual access to the Solidus back-office and to a WinstantPay e-wallet of their own. By registering into the Solidus back-office an account with Know Your Customer (KYC) validation and a genealogy position will be created. The registration information will be used to create the WinstantPay e-wallet which gives the member the ability to receive payments into and send payments out of their WinstantPay e-wallet. The WinstantPay e-wallet ensures that the member has complete control of their funds always with no ability for the company to put a hold on or to prevent the member from utilizing their funds at any time. There is great importance placed on the approval of each members KYC, and this process is included within the Software fee.
