What’s so good about Howie’s program is that it provides internet security by limiting the access to adult websites. Another of the consumer’s need is that, it wants to make sure that the user, in this case is the parent’s child, to do their work and not to play games.
The Howie’s program can actually keep track of the websites visited by the child. Even if the child were to clear the history of his browser, Howie’s program can still be able to keep track in the background.  This actually makes Howie’s program unique as not many program could actually keep track of the browser’s history even if the user were to delete them.
The Howie’s program can also track if a user attempts to visit an adult website.  Example if a user were to visit an adult website, the program will of course block him from entering.
