Additionally, I have seen no hard evidence that any artist before me has been paid, nor evidence that any account is locked, or that you are able to pay for something. No screencaps of steam purchases, no screencaps of paypal logs paying other artists, etc.

"assumptions make an Ass out of you and me" is something you've said to me recently, so I'm going to say a lot of things, most of which will BE assumptions. I'm going to provide you an opportunity to "make an ass" out of me, but you have to respond or I'll assume it's all true:

You are a compulsive liar Chris, you have been the entire time, all of your activity points to it, and Ash was right about you in every aspect.
You don't have the money to pay me (Save for in-game items worth), You never HAVE had the means to pay me, and you've completely wasted approx 24 hours of my time holding up this lie that I would be paid. Time I could've spent with my family, Time I could've spent with friends, and time I didn't need to be stressing over working my damndest on a piece I assumed would be worth the time for the money promised. Money I've yet to see proven exists.

You've given me bare bones responses, and told me "one moment" or "I'll get it in a sec", for over a week now, when I ask for payment, proof you have means of payment, or even when I ask you to come into a skype call so I can confront you about these things in voice.

On top of that, I've even given you personal advice on subjects that I almost never talk to anyone about, because I figured it would help someone who wasn't feeling all too happy. I regret opening up to someone who now won't even respond to me in message. I haven't brought it to this point, you have. You've made the choice to ignore me, put me off for "one moment", and you've betrayed my trust more than I ever have your's.

I could easily post your entire chat logs between us to the people who have been "harassing" you on your steam profile to put more fuel to the fire, but I'm not that kind of person; unlike yourself who to this day still has 7+ pictures of chatlogs from someone that supposedly lied to you. A person I now trust MUCH more than you.
