Q1) Why are you applying for this role?

A) I am applying this role because i want to have have more responsibilities, to influence more, I want and can do more, I believe i have a lot more to contribute to the police department, I want to get more experience in the police department and also always want and can learn more, I think that this role will improve my skills and get me an opportunity to contribute more, get more experience in "officer work" and not just in game. Also, as an investigating officer I see how it works(how internal affairs works), I like it, and want to be developed within internal affairs,In addition I have good communication skills but i still want to improve that as much as possible and i believe that this role will help me with that. I believe that this role is very important and Internal affairs is important in general, and I think that I am the right man for this role.

A) I think you should consider me for this position because I am a hard working officer, I have high standards , I am professional, I do not give up on my goals until i achieve them, I am very active,friendly, have good communication skills, self motivated, I have ability to use good judgment and to problem solve,abillity demonstrate courage and to take responsibility I like to work in a team, In addition I am already an investigating officer and ready to do the job, am a very experienced officer and i would like to share this experience with other officers. I believe this role will be challenging but I am ready for that.
