I watch most of my anime on 9anime.to
deny all the times if it asks you for some permissions and just keep clicking play, it might open new windows or tabs but just close them.
sometimes it does not stream, so I pick another server there next to the episodes, click on the episode again and it will probably stream on one of the available servers
if it doesn't then its the website or internet

all anime i watch is in japanese with english subtitles, i just really like the original voice actors since english translations all sound weird... but its a matter or habit. on anime websites the show with (dub) at the end is translated to english.

my suggestion is just watch 2 or 3 first episodes of the show, if you don't like go to another one. very often just a short description or a video will spoil the whole show, really shitty.
